Bring your own skates or rent from us! Our synthetic ice rink can be tough on certain blades, so we recommend using rentals for the best experience.

The Rink
Our rink is made with Glice, an eco-friendly skating surface that delivers the sensation of gliding on perfectly smooth ice without the need for freezing temperatures.

What is the Trillium Rink made of?
Our rink is made of Glice, an eco-friendly synthetic surface that requires no water, electricity, or refrigeration. It offers a smooth and seamless skating experience that’s not dependent on temperature, so the fun continues no matter the weather!
How is skating on Glice different from real ice?
Glice provides a realistic glide that closely mimics the feel of ice skating. The biggest difference is that it’s more sustainable and doesn’t melt, so you can skate comfortably even on sunny days.
How do I book skating time?
You can reserve your skating session online in advance or purchase tickets onsite, based on availability. We recommend booking ahead during weekends and holidays.
Can I bring my own skates?
You’re welcome to bring your own, but we recommend renting from us! Our rink is made of synthetic ice, which can be a little tough on certain blades.
How long can I skate for?
Each session includes 45 minutes of skate time, starting at the beginning of your booking. For example, if your slot is from 5–5:45pm and you arrive at 5:15, you’ll have 30 minutes to skate.
How do the skating booking windows work?
Skate sessions are booked in 45-minute windows. This gives us time to clean the rink and restock skates between groups. Please note that these time slots are fixed. I you arrive late, your skate time will be shorter.
What is the minimum age to skate?
The minimum age to skate is 5 years old. For safety reasons, parents and guardians may not hold or carry young children or infants while on the rink.
Do minors need adult supervision?
Yes. Skaters under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult on the rink at all times.
Do you have helmets?
We do not provide helmets, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like.
Can I bring sticks, pucks, or other equipment?
For everyone’s safety, no sticks, pucks, or other play equipment are permitted on the rink.
Are games allowed?
To ensure a fun and safe experience for all, games, rough-housing, or any activity that could endanger or disrupt other skaters are not allowed.
Can I skate with a drink in my hand?
For everyone’s safety, drinks aren’t allowed on the rink, but you’re welcome to enjoy one before or after your skate!
