When can I place my pickup order?
You can place your online pickup order daily starting at 9 AM and up to 30 minutes prior to close at each location. All orders are for same day pickup only.

Do I have to order online or can I place an order when I arrive?
Ordering online ahead of time is encouraged to ensure a smooth pickup experience, however, products may also be purchased on-site.

How can I place an order for food to go?
You can order food online the same way you order beer through our Fort Point or Canton ordering pages. When you arrive simply head to the host stand to grab your food and go! Fenway does not offer food to go.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! The person picking up will just need a digital copy of your receipt and their own valid 21+ ID.

What if I don’t pick up my order by close?
Your order will be automatically canceled, restocked, and refunded without penalty. We kindly ask that you do not abuse this service as a means of “holding” beer. 

Can I order single cans? Bottles?
At this time, our order interval for canned beer is by the 4-pack. Bottles may be purchased individually.

Do you offer growlers?
We are not selling growlers or offering growler fills at this time.

Do you accept can returns?
Yes! We offer 5 cent can/bottle deposit reimbursement at all 3 taproom locations. Just ask a team member to assist when you arrive!

When can I order for UPS Direct?

Anytime, any day! 

When will my order ship?
Orders going to New England states ship Monday-Thursday. States outside of New England ship Monday-Wednesday. All orders placed on a day that we are not shipping will kept properly stored in our coolers and shipped the following Monday.

When will my beer be delivered?
All packages are shipped via UPS ground and are expected to arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your location, unless otherwise noted on our shipping main page. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Is there a minimum or maximum on what I can order?
There is no minimum order requirement, however, shipping limits and regulations do vary per state. Click for details before ordering.

*For Pennsylvania Residents Only: 

Total Order Limit per month: The law states that no Pennsylvania resident may order more than 192 fl oz. per month.This equates to (3) four-packs of 16 oz. cans, or (11) 500ml bottles. If your order exceeds this monthly limit, we will need to remove items and issue a refund accordingly.
*Brand Order Limit per year: Pennsylvania also requires that no resident may order more than 96 fl oz. of any single brand per year. This equates to (4) 16oz cans, (3) 750ml bottles, (4) 500ml bottles, and (8) 330ml bottles. Any orders containing more than 96 fl oz of the same brand will be updated and refunded.

*For Ohio Residents Only: Please use the dropdown "Cans available to ship to Ohio via UPS." There are select beers that we are unable to ship into Ohio.

*For Washington D.C. Residents Only:

*Total Order Limit (per month):The law states that no D.C. resident may order more than 24 units of alcohol per month (6 four-packs.)  If more than (6) four-packs are added to your order, we will need to remove items and issue a refund accordingly.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping Rates:
Rates calculated based upon UPS ground charges, per box, required to safely transport your beer:

(1-3) 4-Packs of Cans  = $25.00
(4-6) 4-Packs of Cans  = $30.00 
(1-2) Bottles = $15.00
(3-4) Bottles = $20.00

Orders greater than 1 case will require additional boxes at the same rates.

Does someone need to be home at the time of delivery?
Yes. Adult signature is required at time of delivery. UPS will not leave the package without someone over the age of 21 present with a valid ID. 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Simply send us a message at ups.direct@trilliumbrewing.com 

What about merchandise?
Currently, we are not able to ship beer and merch in the same package, but you can place merch orders separately on our  online merch store.

If I live outside of the states listed for UPS Direct can you ship to me? 
Unfortunately no. We are currently only shipping to 7 states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Washington D.C..

Can I order beer for a friend or family member?
Yes! You can place an order to be delivered to anyone over 21 who lives within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Washington D.C., and someone over the age of 21 must be home to accept the delivery.

Can I use a Trillium gift card on the beer store?
Not yet. For shipping compliance purposes the Trillium online beer store operates separately from our pickup ordering system. If you received a gift card but are only able to order for delivery, please contact us and we can help you get your order placed!

Will all brands be available via UPS?
Availability will vary by day depending upon inventory and release schedule.

I received my order and something is wrong!
Our apologies! Please contact us via your preferred social media platform or at ups.direct@trilliumbrewing.com and we'll make every effort to resolve your issue in a timely manner. 

Are dogs allowed?
Due to municipal licensing and zoning regulations we are unable to allow dogs at our Canton location, with the exception of trained service animals.

Dogs are welcome this season at our Fort Point, Fenway, Garden on the Greenway & Garden on the Common locations.

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not required at any of our locations.

Our Fort Point location offers reservations for parties of 1-8 people up to 14 days in advance on our Resy page. All reservations are for indoor dining with the option to move to the patio or the roof deck based on availability.

Our Canton, Fenway, and Greenway locations operate entirely on a first come, first served basis. Please stop by anytime we're open and we'll let you know what's available when you arrive!

Do you offer any non-alcoholic options?
Absolutely! All locations offer an assortment of soft drinks from Spindrift Seltzer and Maine Root Soda.

Do you offer any gluten-free options?
While we do not brew any gluten-free beers at this time, each taproom location offers a selection of wines, cocktails, and soft drinks that are entirely gluten.

Our Soak Seltzers are technically NOT gluten-free, as they do contain a very small amount of malt (less than 0.1%), but may be an option for gluten-sensitive diets.

Where can I park?

Canton:
There is a large lot on-site right out front offering easy, convenient parking for all of our guests!

Fort Point: There are numerous public parking garages and surface lots within a two-block radius of our Fort Point location. The closest is located at the intersection of Stillings St. and Calvin Place. There is also metered street parking on Seaport Blvd.

Fenway
: Guests may use the nearby parking garage located off of Fullerton St. The first 15 minutes of parking are complimentary. Anything under 3 hours can be validated for a discount, so please check in with any member of our team before you leave. Metered parking is available on neighboring streets.

Greenway: There are a multitude of parking garages nearby, the closest being the Rowes Wharf Garage. Metered parking is available on neighboring streets.

Do you offer tours?
We do not offer tours at this time, however all three taprooms are designed with an open-air architectural concept which allows you to view parts of the brewery. Our team is always on hand to discuss our background and what we're currently up to. Just ask on your next visit!

Do you host private events at any of your taprooms?
Yes! We offer versatile event packages at all three taproom locations and the Garden on the Common for groups of 10-750 guests. For all inquiries please visit the Private Events page and submit an event request for your preferred location!

Can I return my empty Trillium cans and bottles for deposit redemption?
Sure can! Just bring any empties you've accumulated to Canton, Fort Point, or Fenway and a staff member will be happy to assist you.

Do you accept PakTech 4-pack holders back for recycling?
Yep! Just bring them by your next visit to Canton, Fort Point or Fenway.
