Trillium’s first cask finished whiskey, utilizing a unique blend of three rye whiskeys. 67% of the blend matured for 11+ years, 33% aged a minimum of 6 years. Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon casks from the fabled Grgich Hills Estate of Napa, California.
NOSE: Strawberry jam, plum cobbler, cherry starburst, caramel, clove & tobacco spice.
PALATE: Fig cake with cinnamon and roasted almonds, caramel and nutmeg, sweet vanilla, subtle smoke.
FINISH: Smooth and clean with a bold oak spice finish.
