The Trillium Farmhouse Ale recipe has evolved many times since our inception in 2013, reflecting the evolution of our brewing approach throughout the years. To commemorate our Tenth Anniversary, this new variation celebrates the progress we've made towards realizing our original intention for Trillium as a New England farmhouse brewery, incorporating Danko rye and corn grown on our farm in North Stonington, CT.
Pouring a dark yellow with a touch of haze, lively carbonation, and a beautiful frothy head, Trillium Ten Saison is elegant in its appearance. The bouquet of aromas is nuanced, featuring notes of white pepper, clove, delicate herbal hoppiness, and a touch of fruit character. Pleasantly dry, with a cleansing carbonation and gentle bitterness, Trillium Ten is a milestone achievement.
