What happens when a witch shark hits the streets? A double IPA is born.

For our first ever collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery we present Street Shark Double IPA. Using Bellwoods' base recipe and brewed on our Canton system using Trillium's house yeast and methods, Street Shark is a juicy, delectable marriage of flavors highlighted by technique. The nose leads with powerful citrus and honeysuckle, followed by a palate of peach, orange, and stone fruit. Street Shark has a creamy, medium body and smooth mouthfeel.
