Rising Hope
Rising Hope is a national collaboration brewed for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation as part of their Brewing Funds the Cure initiative. 43 kids are diagnosed with cancer every day and the NPCF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to eliminate this disease. Country Malt Group and Yakima Chief Hops have generously donated the raw ingredients for this IPA and in turn, we will be donating 100% of the proceeds directly to the NPCF. Brewed with a grist bill consisting of Great Western Pilsner Malt and a healthy addition of Torrified Wheat, Rising Hope pours a warm honey-yellow with glowing haze. Hopped with Citra, Loral Cryo, and Simcoe, the citrus-forward bouquet is packed with fresh, zesty grapefruit, orange pulp, and lemon mist. On the palate, tropical and stone fruit tones are unveiled, offering notes of pineapple, apricot, and canned peach. Finishing dry, medium-bodied, and gently bitter, we are pleased to share this special beer with you.
