We’ve all grown up with the common understanding that birds are real. However, after receiving some classified information from our friends at Green Cheek Beer Co., we felt obligated to share our recent findings in the form of a collaboration brew.
It is indeed a fact that real birds ARE real, but based on extensive research done by Peter McIndoe and his underground movement, there are a large number of mechanical decoys hidden in the flock. As victims of a massive government cover-up, it’s our duty to expose these lies and identify our feathered friends amongst the artificial avians that seek to control us.
Pouring a deep yellow, Real Birds are Real is a bright West Coast IPA featuring the hoppy triumvirate of Nelson, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Leading with a medley of white grape, lemon zest, and floral pine, the back of the palate leans more traditional with clean malt presence, finishing with a soft, grassy bitterness. Dry and incredibly approachable, Real Birds are Real represents the energy and ever-evolving perspective from this collaborative effort with our pals from Green Cheek.
