This new barrel aged Imperial Stout, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Omnipollo (Stockholm, Sweden) takes inspiration from kanelbullar, a type of Swedish cinnamon bun, and is made with a blend of coconut, cardamom, vanilla, and Vietnamese cinnamon. Full-bodied and slightly warming, Kanelbullar leads with a bouquet of spice with undertones of bourbon and wood and a moderate sweetness.
