Brewed in collaboration with Josh Penney, an old friend of JC's who has been working with various breweries over the past decade after graduating from the UC Davis Master Brewer's Program. Brewed with a blend of Citra, Mosaic & Riwaka hops alongside additions of CItra Hop Quantum and Riwaka Hop Kief, Joshy pours light orange with a moderate haze and showcases notes of mango, grapefruit, and cantaloupe with balancing bitterness and a moderate sweetness.
