Active throughout the 1800s and 1900s, Fort Warren served many different purposes before being decommissioned and transferred to the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. These days Georges Island welcomes city visitors for historic tours, group events, and the occasional old-time baseball game.
The Harbor Islands IPA series grew out of the exploration that took place in our Permutation Series but has evolved quite a bit as of late. Since their last appearance, we've tweaked the recipe, lightened up the color, and crafted an easier, more drinkable finish.
