This IPA was brewed in collaboration with Messorem Brewing (Montreal, QC) and features a blend of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka hops. Featuring Heidelberg as the base malt (the same base we used for Vacuum Tubes), From the Top to the Bottom pours the color of light straw with a moderate haze. Notes of grapefruit, grape, and lime greet the nose, followed by a light sweetness and a moderate hop bitterness.
