Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
Daily Serving: Cherry is the second single-fruited addition to the series. Presenting a hazy ruby red with a fluffy, rose-colored head, a mouth-watering ripe cherry aroma jumps from the glass. On the palate, we taste red Jolly Rancher candies, jammy preserves, and fresh Rainier cherries. Mild sweetness and a kiss of acidity accents the fruit character wonderfully. Soft and deceptively full-bodied for 4.1%, Daily Serving: Cherry finishes tart and well-rounded.
