Barrel-Aged Chocolate Churro is a bold, sumptuous imperial stout brewed with harmoniously blended dark malts and conditioned on Vanuatu vanilla bean, cacao nibs, & Vietnamese cinnamon. More than two years of subsequent maturation in bourbon barrels add well-structured oak presence, mellow spirit character, and graceful smoothness.
Out of the bottle, Barrel-Aged Chocolate Churro pours an opaque, jet black with an inviting light brown head. Swirling the glass brings forth opulent aromas of delicate spice, vanilla cream, chocolate brownies, and wispy bourbon. Upon first sip, the palate opens with satisfying waves of freshly-baked chocolate confections & cinnamon-vanilla icing leading to notes of delightful bourbon and subdued oakiness.
