Good beer deserves good rewards. Trillium Rewards is our free taproom loyalty program that lets you earn points every time you visit an Trillium location. Whether you're here for a quick beer or stocking up to go, every qualifying purchase gets you one step closer to your next reward.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at a Trillium location
For every 200 points earned, receive a $5 reward
Receive 50 points when you sign up
Receive a $5 reward during your birthday month
How do I join Trillium Rewards?
Joining is easy and free! Sign up on our website or scan a Trillium Rewards QR code at any participating taproom.
Does it cost anything to join?
Not a thing! Trillium Rewards is completely free.
How do I earn points?
Simply make eligible purchases at participating Trillium locations and watch the points add up.
How do I redeem my points?
Rewards can be redeemed in 200 point increments during checkout.
Can I earn and redeem points at all Trillium locations?
Yes! Points can be earned and redeemed at our Fort Point, Canton, and Fenway locations.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same purchase?
Not at this time. Rewards can only be redeemed in 200 point increments, so additional rewards will need to be saved for future visits.
Can I use the same points for UPS shipping and in the taproom?
Our taproom and UPS shipping loyalty programs are separate, so points earned in one program can't be transferred to the other.
Can I earn points and redeem a reward in the same transaction?
Almost! Points earned from a purchase will be available for your next visit.
How do I make sure I get my points?
Just provide the phone number linked to your account before you pay and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I stack rewards with other discounts or promotions?
Rewards can't be combined with other discounts or promotional offers, but they'll be waiting for you on your next visit.
Can I earn points when I purchase a gift card?
No. Gift card purchases do not earn points.
Can I earn points on private events or catering orders?
Private events and catering purchases aren't eligible for points.
Do I receive points for gift card purchases?
No. Gift card purchases don’t earn points. You’ll start earning points once that gift card is used on eligible purchases in the taproom.
What happens if I return something I earned points on?
If an item is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
Do my points expire?
Nope. Your points are yours to keep until you're ready to use them.
How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points and rewards anytime through your loyalty account online or on the Trillium app.
Can I share my points with a friend?
Points stay with the account that earned them and can't be transferred between members.
I forgot to use my phone number at checkout. Can you add the points later?
Be sure to provide your phone number before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, points can't be added after a transaction has been finalized.
