We’ve carefully selected whiskey from trusted producers to craft blends that uphold our vision, whilst our house produced whiskeys mature. This blend of straight bourbon whiskeys ranges in age from a minimum of two up to six years.


NOSE: A rich bouquet of honey and caramel, layered with velvety butterscotch and warm vanilla. Subtle hints of ripe cherry and dark molasses add depth, creating an inviting and elegant aromatic profile.


PALATE: Pear and floral honeysuckle are followed by tangy citrus and sweet pastry notes. Vanilla and nutmeg provide added sweetness to balance bold baking spices and soft oak sweetness.


FINISH: Bright citrus and delicate clove spice keep the palate refreshed while toasted oak and caramel fade uniformly.
