Following in the footsteps of Dogtooth Violet and Permutation 63, Dutchman's Breeches is a simple and delightful American Wild Ale. Primarily fermented in stainless with a combination of ale yeast and our Native New England Mixed Culture, we allowed this light straw-colored offering to bottle condition for months until reaching maturity. A biscuity malt presence and earthy funk give way to graceful notes of lemon pepper, citrus blossom, sliced peach, and a touch of grassiness. Light-bodied with a bubbly effervescence and mild acid profile, Dutchman's Breeches is endlessly drinkable.
