Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
Our home state of Massachusetts offers a plethora of local orchards, and with Autumn celebrations in full swing, we brewed up our favorite seasonal side dish. Daily Serving: Apple Cider with fresh-pressed New Englandapples makes it a classic addition to every holiday table.
Pouring a warm bronze color, prevalent aromas of bittersweet apple are complemented by subtle, nuanced notes of grilled pineapple, summer melon, baking spices, and a kiss of strawberry. Daily Serving: Apple Cider finishes well-balanced, with a touch of residual sweetness and soft acidity.
