Street Bits

We first met WeldWerks Founder & Brewmaster Neil Fisher at the Craft Beer & Brewing Brewers Retreat in Boothbay Harbor, ME in early June of this year. Enjoying some post-dinner beers around a campfire one night, Neil and JC began to geek out over the similarities and differences behind how we each conceive, formulate, and brew our respective beers. The idea to fuse techniques and two of our flagship recipes was born. Street Bits combines an amped-up version of the grist bill from our Street Series with the hopping profile and schedule of WeldWerks' acclaimed Juicy Bits IPA.

Intensely hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado, the resulting collaborative Double IPA presents a warm orange color with a thick, glowing haze. Fragrant aromatics of pithy orange, juicy pineapple, grapefruit peel, and mango are emitted from the glass immediately after pouring. Featuring a full, fluffy mouthfeel with soft carbonation and a hint of sweetness, Street Bits harkens to the beers that inspired its creation while offering something new and singular.
