Double Past Present Pretzel is a collaboration that reflects the core ethos of not only Trillium, but the Northeast Grainshed Alliance as a whole. Teaming up with the wonderful team at One Mighty Mill and utilizing their highly nutritious, protein-rich wheat middlings in the mash, we've crafted the imperial sibling of 2019's Past, Present, Pretzel.

Pouring an invitingly hazy golden yellow, Double Past Present Pretzel serves up enticing tropical aromas of diced pineapple, creamy mango popsicle, and guava. On the palate, bright citrus and stone fruit notes are layered upon a light, multigrain malt character. Soft and medium-bodied with a gentle bitter finish, this Double IPA represents a symbiotic relationship between miller and brewer, shining the spotlight on local, healthy food systems and regenerative agriculture.
