Dialed-Up builds upon the foundation of our series of Double IPA’s brewed with grape juice, Dialed-In. For this rendition, we amped up the ABV to 11% and paired aromatic Mosaic hops with complementary fresh Riesling juice.

Pouring an alluring gold with deep haze, Dialed-Up: Riesling offers an intense nose that balances a vinous white grape character with saturated tropical fruit aspects. Notes of orange peel, mango, pineapple, and white wine intermingle on the palate. Finishing mildly sweet with a well-hidden alcohol presence, Dialed-Up: Riesling is a welcomed addition to our family of beer/wine hybrids.
