Eight is our take on a classic Belgian dubbel. Dark-red-to-brown in color, Eight presents an estery nose of cherry and dried fruit with undertones of creme brulee sugar and a medium body. A deep reddish-copper, moderately strong, malty, complex Trappist ale with rich malty flavors, dark or dried fruit esters, and light alcohol blended together in a malty presentation that still finishes fairly dry.
