This collaboration with Green Cheek Beer Company (Orange, CA) is a a West Coast-Style IPA in the vein of our Dashboard Series of IPAs, and builds on lessons learned in our first collaboration with them, Real Birds Are Real. Hopped with a blend of Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief, a hop-derived extract from Freestyle Hops, Dashbird pours a clear, dark yellow, and presents notes of citrus, berry, and stonefruit with a crisp body and an assertive bitterness.
