Comeback Bru is brewed annually making its return this year ahead of the Boston Marathon and Trillium Spring 5k. This release is in support of Tedy's Team, a non-profit founded by former Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi to raise awareness for stroke and heart disease and support survivors on their comeback journey. Clocking in at an approachable 5.4% abv (a nod to Bruschi's jersey number), Comeback Bru greets the nose with notes of blueberry, grapefruit, and coconut, imparted by a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro hops, which are complimented by a light-to-medium body and a moderate bitterness.
